Shipping policy

All items are despatched within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. 98%+ of orders are despatched within 1 business day.

We offer 2 shipping service levels - next-day, and standard. You may select your desired service during the checkout process.

Both services are typically completed by our preferred courier Evri. You will receive a tracking number and shipment confirmation by email when your item leaves our warehouse.

We may change the shipping service that we use from time-to-time depending on your location and current shipping rates.
